Description
Straight Conveyor style egg tray washers are a continuous washing system that is available with or without a dryer. Trays come off the end of the unit through a horizontal conveyance that maneuvers them down a 45-degree slope, which then automatically loads the trays in a vertical stack. The trays are then accumulated in nested stacks that can be removed as needed. Automatic horizontal tray restacking and inline centrifugal spin dryers allow for a one-person operation and greatly reduce the amount of space needed for this unit. Capacities range from 1,000 to 10,000 trays per hour.
